You know, someday, I’m gonna write a really cool about me page. But in between projects, housekeeping, blogging, meet up with friends, this always gets to be the last in the to do list.

Anyhow, Alunsina is not my real name. I got it in college in the attempt to be cool and feminist. The name came from a Visayan Myth about a goddess who left her husband in order to be able to make her own projects. Very advanced society who can dream up of that story, huh!

Some say that she  was a jealous, selfish goddess. But that view came when the Spaniards began to twist our reality.

So that’s about Alunsina, the myth. About me, I’ll do that soon. Or before I’m dead, at least.
